at 614.855.1921. Our fax number is 614.855.5154. Jennifer’s office hours are
from 6:45 am - 2:45 pm and Sarah is in the office from 10 am-6 pm.
What forms do I need to turn in each year...
Medical forms, enrollment forms and pick up lists are due yearly.
When is the tuition due...
Tuition is due on Monday by 6 pm. Please place in the tuition box located on
the parent information table.
Is it necessary to sign my child in and out...
We have the sign in/out paper for the safety of your child. Signing in/out helps
keep record of your child’s attendance. Please sign your child in and out each day.

Do I have to pay if my child is not here one day this week...
Tuition is due regardless of center holidays and sick days. Please be advised we
will work with you for an extended amount of time off due to sickness.
What about school delays and cancellations...
Our program will operate a full day program for schoolagers when school is closed for
vacations, delays or cancellations. If New Albany Schools are closed due to weather
conditions, we will also be closed.
Do I get vacation? When can I take my vacation...
Each full-time family is allotted one (1) tuition free week for their vacation. Any
vacations taken past the one week will need to be paid in full. Full-time families
are given their free week after 90 consecutive days at the center.
Do you give receipts out weekly...
If you need a receipt for any reason, please ask the office staff or leave a note anytime.
Is the center closed for the holidays...
We are closed only a few days out of the year. The holidays are New Year’s Day,
Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2), Christmas (2),
New Year’s Eve (early release) and a teacher’s in-service day.
Do you really have to check Aunt Suzie’s I.D. ...
For the safety of your child and the children at the center we require all our teachers
to check the ID of all persons picking up children that are not the guardians. It is
important that the pick up list be updated on a regular basis to ensure the safety of
your child.
